Article 1. Who we are

Article 2. Applicability

These terms apply to every offer and every distance contract concluded. Where a provision conflicts with mandatory consumer law, consumer law prevails and the remaining provisions stay in force.

Article 3. The offer

Our offer contains a complete and accurate description of the products. Images are a truthful representation; small differences in colour and texture are possible with natural materials and are not a defect. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us.

Article 4. The contract

The contract is concluded when you accept the offer and meet the stated conditions. We confirm receipt of your order by email. As long as that confirmation has not been sent, you may rescind the contract.

Article 5. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days of receipt without giving reasons. During that period you handle the product and packaging with care and only unpack it as far as needed to judge whether you wish to keep it. Notify us at info@boomtreelive.com. After notifying us you return the product within fourteen days; the direct cost of return is yours. We refund within fourteen days of your notification, using the same payment method you used.

Please note: products made to measure or to your specifications are legally excluded from the right of withdrawal. Every garment we sell is made to order. Whether the right of withdrawal applies to your order is clearly stated with the product and in the order confirmation.

Article 6. Prices

Prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown before you complete your order. Prices are not increased during the term of the offer, except for changes in VAT rates.

Article 7. Payment

Payment is made through the methods offered during checkout. Please tell us as soon as possible about any inaccuracies in the payment details you provided.

Article 8. Delivery

We deliver to the address you provide with your order. Because every garment is made to order, delivery takes five to fourteen working days. If we cannot deliver within thirty days we will tell you, and you may rescind the contract free of charge. The risk of damage or loss lies with us until delivery.

Article 9. Conformity and warranty

We warrant that the products conform to the contract, to the specifications stated in the offer and to statutory requirements. Your statutory rights remain fully in force. Defects resulting from improper use or from not following the washing instructions are not covered.

Article 10. Complaints

Complaints about the performance of the contract should be submitted to us promptly and fully described at info@boomtreelive.com. We respond within fourteen days. If we expect to need longer, we will say so within that period. If we cannot resolve it together, you may also submit your dispute through the European ODR platform.

Article 11. Governing law

Dutch law applies exclusively to contracts between us and you. Mandatory consumer law provisions in your country of residence remain in force.
